Sandy New Rd & Dead River

This section comprises water on both banks down stream from Sandy New Rd Bridge. the right bank offer some slow then faster water beyond where the river splits. The left bank leads to the river splitting and then to the dead river below the weir, so called because it only sees a flow when the river rises and spills over the weir. Some decent sized chub have been caught along this section with roach present in the dead river.
